The above production companies, individuals, participating acts, and a non profit arts organization are working with European bookers and venues in presenting a European tour featuring musicians from the San Francisco Bay area, who create a variety of music mostly revolving around the folk, acoustic, singer songwriter genre. From Nate Denver's black metal folk, to the somber ambient folk stylings of Lazarus. Across the US the folk and singer songwriter scene has been revitalized and San Francisco is no exception. These performers are prominent in the Bay area, playing in venues such as Great American Music Hall, and Bottom of the Hill, but only a few have ventured out to Europe. It is our chance to show Europe some of the best acts that San Francisco has to offer.
This will be hopefully, an annual Mission Creek Productions event in collaboration with the Simmersbach brothers, Christopher and Benjii.
